POLICY AGREEMENT *

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your appointment, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. No Violence Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards verbal or physical abuse. Any instances of violence towards our staff will result in immediate termination of the work, regardless of its completion status. Late Fee Policy: All payments are due upon project completion. Payments not recieved within 3 days and with no communication about an arrangement will incur a late fee of $50 per day, if you anticipate payment delays please contact us to discuss payment arrangments. Non-Compete Policy: The client agrees not to hire, engage, or directly employ any of Shim N' Shines cleaning staff during the service agreement or for a period of at least six months after termination of our service agreement.
