Am I required to be at home during the cleaning?
Whether you would prefer to be home or not during your cleaning is totally up to you, we want our clients to feel safe and comfortable! It is easier for us to clean in an empty house but we are totally fine with our clients being home as long as we have a clear area to be able to clean!
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we do! Refer friends or family and you both get 15% off your next cleaning! Be sure to let them know to tell us that you referred them so that we can give you your discount!
Are you pet-friendly?
We love animals and are fine with them being out while we clean as long as they are friendly and not prone to aggression! If they are not friendly we do ask that they be kenneled or taken out of the house for the duration of the clean for our safety.
What is your deposit policy?
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit on first-time bookings for all services that we offer.
How do you protect furniture and floors during the painting process?
We take extra care to protect your furniture and floors using drop cloths, plastic coverings, and painter’s tape to ensure no mess is made!
Do you provide colour samples before painting?
Yes, we can provide colour samples or swatches so you can make an informed decision before the project begins!
Do I need a deep clean?
We often recommend starting with a deep clean so that we can make sure everything is caught up on and you have a fresh start. Then once the deep clean is done we can continue with maintenance cleaning to keep up on everything! We do recognize that everybody’s situation and cleaning needs are different so it is not necessary to start with a deep clean, just our recommendation!
Are you insured?
Yes, your mind can be at ease, we are insured and WCB covered!
When will I be charged?
We send invoices the day of the cleaning and payment is expected the same day as well!
Do you offer a warranty on your painting services?
Yes, we offer a warranty on our work to ensure customer satisfaction and long-lasting results! We offer a 7-day warranty on our work so if you find anything you are not 100% satisfied with we will come back and correct it! This does not include any damages done by the client after the job has been completed.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality Melaleuca cleaning products, pink solution scrub and puracy for carpet and upholstery. These products are carefully chosen for their effectiveness and commitment to safety.
