POLICY AGREEMENT *

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your appointment, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Warranty Policy: We offer a 7-day warranty on our work to ensure your happiness and long-lasting results! If you notice anything you are not 100% satisfied with we will come back and correct it. This does not include any damage done by the client after the job has been completed. No Violence Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards verbal or physical abuse. Any instances of violence towards our staff will result in immediate termination of the work, regardless of its completion status. Hazardous Substances Policy: If there has been any illegal substance use and/or smoking done in the home we need to be made aware of this before the appointment so that the proper safety precautions can be taken. Failure to provide this information can result in a cancellation or postponing of the appointment. Late Fee Policy: All payments are due upon project completion. Payments not recieved within 3 days and with no communication about an arrangement will incur a late fee of $50 per day, if you anticipate payment delays please contact us to discuss payment arrangments. Non-Compete Policy: The client agrees not to hire, engage, or directly employ any of Shim N' Shines cleaning staff during the service agreement or for a period of at least six months after termination of our service agreement.
